Booking & Quotes

How do I book a move?
Once you have contacted us, we will make an appointment with you to come assess and view the property with you, collect all relevant details from you and take detailed photos of everything so that we can give you an accurate quotation. We prefer direct contact so that we do not miss small details and anything important.
How much will my move cost?
To ensure you receive the most accurate price, we provide quotes after reviewing the specific details of your move.
What are the payment terms?
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote. The remaining balance is payable 48 hours prior to your moving date.

The Moving Process

How does the moving process work?
  • Arrival: Our team arrives early on the scheduled day to get started.
  • Assessment: We take detailed photos of all items, and the team leader performs a walkthrough with you to mark the property.
  • The Move: All necessary items are safely wrapped, packed, loaded, and transported to your new property.
  • Settling In: Upon arrival, we offload items into their allocated areas, unpack them, and place them exactly where they belong.
How long will the move take?
Every move is unique. The timeframe depends on the size of the property, the volume of items, and the distance between the two locations.
Does dismantling and reassembling furniture affect the move?
We have qualified individuals on every team to assist with dismantling and reassembling items. While this is a careful process that factors into the total time, it ensures your large furniture is transported safely.
Do I need to be present during the entire move?
Not necessarily. You are welcome to leave the keys for both properties with our team leader. They will simply contact you shortly before the move is completed.
Can my items temporarily be stored before I move to the new property?
Absolutely. If you are not moving into your new property immediately, we can provide secure storage for your items.
Can you assist with international moves?
Yes, we have a qualified team dedicated to assisting with overseas relocations.

Packing & Care

Do I need to pack my own items?
You have full flexibility. We offer a complete "A to Z" service where our team handles all packing for you. However, if you prefer to pack your own belongings, or perhaps just specific personal and fragile items, we are happy to accommodate that. We will simply customize the contract to suit your needs.
How do you handle fragile items?
We treat fragile items with immense care and consideration. We identify unique or delicate items and ensure they are packed using methods specifically required for their protection.
What happens if something is damaged?
We take special care to minimize any risk during the move. However, should any damage occur, we conduct a proper assessment and take the necessary actions to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
